Our 11-month program lets students learn and build projects without losing momentum. They can start anytime and work at their own pace while still earning rewards for completed work.
Every completed co-op or challenge pays students back. Families fund the program, and a portion is returned to students as real cashback when they finish. It’s learning that rewards follow-through.
No semesters. No waiting lists. Students can join when ready and jump straight into a Tech Work Experience project that matches their interests and skill level.
Every finished project is automatically added to the student’s Starter School portfolio — a growing showcase of skills, tools, and real-world work they can share with colleges or employers.
Students work with peers of different ages — just like in real companies — learning to lead, collaborate, and share ideas that help each other grow.
Inside Starter School, students meet others who share their drive and curiosity. Many find teammates for future projects, startup ideas, or long-term friendships that start in our virtual workspace.
